I really feel that fitness is very essential part of our life. The role of fitness is not only important for sportsmen. But if you are a student, you are a office worker, you are a small shopkeeper, you are a big showroom owner and runs very big buisness then also fitness is important for you.
If a student needs to study for long hours he needs to be mentally fit as well as physically. Because if we have the stamina to remember, to learn, to give lot of time to books then only you could get good marks. But in some cases students are very quick to learn. This is only because they are mentally fit, and fitness exercises makes you mentally as well as physically fit.
An office worker needs to manage a lot of files or he needs to do a lot of work on PC, laptop etc. So if the person is not mentally stable, not well being by physical body then he just can not handle this workload. The fitness exercises does not only mean to make you physical well but also mentally healthy.
A small shopkeeper or a big buisnessman, both are under a workload. The first one, small shopkeeper, is under the pressure that how to increase his/her buisness. The second one, big buisnessman, is under pressure of to manage the big buisness properly without any defect and corruption by employers. And all these require mental health, that again links to the fitness. Also if the shopkeeper is not physically well then he is unable to talk to the customer and attract him.
